Join Marjolaine on a 3-day journey to create a two-piece-in-one tunic. Her fascination for the limitless possibilities of making nuno felt seamless garments without having any sewing background led her to playful creations that are reversible. During this workshop you will explore how various silk colors combined together with merino wool creates unique designs. Please note that this class requires standing most of the day. Intermediate to advanced felting experienced required.
Marjolaine Arsenault received a B.A. in Fine Arts from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. She is an inspired nuno feltmaker artist who loves to create wearable art. Her background as a graphic designer and garden designer is reflected in all her pieces. Composition, color harmony and texture are integral to every creation. She is a member of the Northeast Feltmaker Guild and has exhibited her garments in the Guild's show "Creation Myths".
